At Soulful Holistic Hair, I take a holistic approach to hair health, supporting hair from the inside out. Honoring your hair as a reflection and expression of the connection between Mind, Body, Heart, Spirit and Soul.
Through personalized care, one to one sessions, soulful hair dressing, workshops, and holistic support, I help you restore your natural vibrancy, health, vitality and well-being.

I work with women to reconnect them back to themselves. Guiding them into the deeper levels of their heart and inner truth.
Through this journey, I support you in reconnecting with your hair as a pathway to healing and transformation. Together, we shift your relationship with your hair, its appearance, and the deeper layers of self-image and identity that are held within it. Allowing your natural vibrancy and true beauty to bloom, and more of your Health and Well-Being to come back online.
This work also invites healing within your past relationship with your Hair, bringing you into the presence of the “now” through deeper alignment and authentic self-expression. It is about embodying more of your natural essence.

Having not been to a hairdresser for over a decade, finding Tracey was an absolute joy. She honours hair as a sacred extension of our being and energy field, and holds a deeply honouring and intuitive space to explore and find an expression that truly reflects the soul nature and current phase of evolution. Tracey's capacity to see into the mystery and to pick up on what is present in the energy and on a soul level is spot on, and I felt totally safe and trusting in her ability to cut my hair as an accurate mirror of that. Tracey's gift is a sacred feminine artform, offered from one woman to another to lift her up and support her to bloom in her most authentic and beautiful expression. 'The hair realignment day was so carefully and thoroughly prepared by Tracey in all ways. She listened deeply and with compassion and I felt heard and seen. The lunch and snacks were delicious too! It was a deeply nourishing and revealing day. The reading was spot on and Tracey paused when needed throughout the day to sense into what was moving. I know much more about how to take care of my hair in simple, natural ways and much more connected to my Essence and how that is expressing through my hair. I am looking forward to my next session and how my hair will shape and change over the next months.

There is no massaging seated backwash. There is no alien radio station blearing in the background. There are no either ‘complimentary’ or up-selling wine and nibbles menu. Instead - there is Honest, Heartfelt, Holding, Hearing and Healing. Tracey deeply listened. Tuned into my authenticity. To her wisdom and my essence. So much more than a cut and blow. This was an extended healing experience. She guided a therapeutic process to connect and communicate with my intuition, my heart and to my feminine wisdom and the mystery within.
The timing of my appointment with Tracey could not have been more perfect. It was about honoring my Self and my Soul Essence expression of the ‘Woman I Am Becoming’. The new moon on Imbolc, at the edge of emerging from the isolation of covid and menopause, a time that coincided to give me the space and time to process creatively, to feel now, the re-identity shift of birthing a new chapter of my midlife and beyond.
Initially, I opened my consciousness to completing a pre-consultation intake form, which prompted some very interesting enquiries and reflections. In our subsequent zoom consultation, Tracey guided me expertly to relax and release the anxiety I had been feeling and supported my exploration to discover what my soul-self wanted to express. The meditation practices revealed their mystery, that when shared with Tracey confirmed amazing synchronicities!
Then I travelled the very worthy 80 mile round trip from Malvern, to be welcomed into Tracey’s relaxed, homely and creative heART inspired space. Where she spent two restorative hours in service, to my w(holistic) care. Wholehearted, resonant, relevant and relational offerings, to return me to a healthier relationship to self, through conscious listening, creative cutting and soul-full styling, on a completely elevated level, only previously experienced in shamanic process. She also offered real, practical and knowledgeable suggestions for supportive hair and health care for my continued well-being. Her patience, skill and application to express naturally, what had presented was extraordinary.
