Your Follow On Sessions are here to support you into more of your Natural Vibrancy, Vitality and True Beauty, as your journey continues to deepen. Returning to your Inherent Naturalness and Authentic Self.
They provide a continued alignment from your Hair Re-alignment Healing and Transformation Day, and continued Follow-On sessions, giving you the opportunity to become more attuned in your relationship with your hair, how you look after it, the impact Stress has on your hair through your life challenges and internal difficulties. Deepening in attunement with your creative journey with your hair. Becoming more empowered with your hair and within the creative process in your life, along with learning how to meet your self and your inner world more fully.
As well as giving you some deeply nourishing, relaxing 'You' time, to connect in and return to your Self, taking a breath, and a moment out of time to pause and quieten, returning to your Inner Well of Well-Being.
A dedicated space to your Hair, your Inner Connection, Inner Intimacy and Deepening Alignment with your Self, your Heart and Soul.
There are 2 types of session available to you: Your Flowering Essence Hair Cutting Session and your Meditation, Well-Being and Flowering Essence Hair Cutting Session.

Your Flowering Essence Hair Cutting Session
Is a Hair Cutting Session Only. Not in the sense of a Traditional Hair Cut, but, an ongoing journey deepening into the shape and meeting the next steps and subtle changes as we bring more of your 'Essence' into Embodiment through the Creative process, along with more of your Lightness and Brightness, flowering more of your Heart of True Beauty, returning to Being more Authentically You.
This session begins with an arriving meditation, to allow you to become present in the space and relax into the 'Field' together. Beginning the 'Tuning In' to begin to hear and 'Know' where we are moving to in the session.
Throughout your cutting session, we are bringing more of your 'Unseen' Self, you True self of Essence into Visibility.
These sessions range from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on your Hair Density, your Hair Shape, and the natural timing of your session. Something you will begin to understand more deeply as you continue with your follow-on sessions and discover your own rhythm, timing and flow.
All sessions end with an integrative Meditation.

Your Meditation, Well-Being & Flowering Essence Hair Cutting Session

This is a 3-hour to 3.5 hour session devoted to your deepening well-being, inner connection and communion, relaxation, nourishment, care and restoration. These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to take meaningful time for yourself, stepping out of daily routines and schedules to immerse in a deeply nourishing and healing space, integrating surface level stress as you return more deeply to your Self.
These sessions are in line with your original Hair Re-alignment Healing & Transformation Day, where we continue to see the threads and themes running through your life that are ready and up for Transformation. Recognizing patterns, frequencies and ways of Being that no longer serve you that are creating Stress and keeping you locked in false Identity. Impacting your Health and Well-Being.
These sessions work to support the healing within the deconstruction of the 'Self Image' into a more Liberated Self and Expression. Freeing up your Vitality, Naturalness and Joy and simply feeling more your Self.

These sessions include a Therapeutic Meeting, a 45 minute guided meditation, your Flowering Essence Cutting Session, and Integrative Meditation to conclude your session.
These Sessions Are: £165.00
You are welcome to book this session whenever you come for your appointments, or whenever you feel moved to immerse in this space, and called to drop in deeper, and receive some nourishing support in your Life.
There will also be times when this session becomes needed, as in when your hair shape begins communicating that it is changing. The work has been complete in its current shape and the new transmission and healing is beginning to speak. This sessions enables us to bring this through on all levels of your Being and within your Life.
If you haven't been for a Hair Session for 9 months, you will need to come for this session.
