About My Work
I support women in coming into a happier, healthier relationship with their hair, from its natural texture and condition, to the deeper layers that are impacting the overall health and vitality of the hair, which encompasses the 'Keys' as multidimensional Hair Care for overall health and wellbeing.
Through a range of offerings, including hair services, one-to-one sessions, events, workshops, and retreats, I guide women into a deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, and the innate intelligence held within. This includes the unique wisdom carried through the hair.
My work is devoted to supporting women in restoring health, vitality, and wellbeing. Understanding what it means to Flower the Crowning Glory. Allowing their natural vibrancy and essence to bloom. It is an invitation to align more fully within, to embody authenticity, and to realize the deeper potential of the soul.
At its heart, this work is about the “crowning glory”- the returning to the Naturalness of Self. It is a journey of healing through personal and ancestral conditioning held within the body, and of reconnecting with one’s true nature. From this place, each woman can step into her inherent vitality, live her true inheritance, and express the sacred gifts she carries.
I work in harmony with the natural rhythms of the body, the seasons, and the elements, recognising them as gateways for healing and alignment. These rhythms guide the process toward greater ease, balance, health, vitality and well-being and authentic expression.
All of my offerings are rooted in “The Keys” that were given to me through my awakening and healing journey which are the foundational principles that underpin every service I provide. Whether through hair work, personal sessions, or group experiences, this approach supports your ongoing journey into deeper health, vitality, and the expression of and living from your natural self.
I work with hair as a gateway to deeper connection with your body and back to your Self. To your inner radiance, natural beauty, vibrancy, health, vitality, and wellbeing across multiple levels of experience and transformation. That Includes:

Nutrition - that supports life force, health, and wellbeing through nutritional healing (I am currently training in naturopathic nutritional therapy with the Nutritional Healing Foundation).

My mission is to help women reconnect with their innate power and the body’s ability to heal—supporting a life of greater health, wellbeing, and authentic expression.

My vision is a world where we live in balance with nature, care for the Earth, and act with intention. A world where we come home to ourselves and express the natural beauty within us, for the benefit of all.

Every event, programme, workshop, retreat, and one-to-one session is created with the intention of offering the highest value and depth of experience.
I work with openness, transparency, and integrity, and I am continually evolving—refining and elevating my work as I grow.
Everything I learn and embody is shared directly through my offerings. What I receive through my connection to source and the greater mystery is integrated into this work, creating aligned services that open new possibilities for growth and potential.
My work is inseparable from my own journey of evolution and the flowering of the soul, health, vitality and well-being. It is guided by deep care, passion, and devotion, ensuring that what I offer is always authentic and alive.
I use natural, organic products wherever possible. Some are handmade from pure ingredients, while others are carefully selected for their high natural content. I do not work with anything I consider toxic, and I hold the same value in what I offer to you.
