*Please Note that if you are having Chemotherapy Treatments, hair can begin to fall out within the first week of treatment, up to 4 weeks of treatment, depending on the type of Chemotherapy. It is advisable to start looking into your wig as soon as possible once you know you will be commencing Chemotherapy.
Please note also that you can take hair cutting samples of your hair to keep if you are commencing chemotherapy, so that you have hair samples ready when you are, whether you have lost your hair or not that you can commence forward with a custom piece, from the samples you have. So that you are not worried about losing your hair and not having samples, should you want an exact replica.
It can be a daunting, or exciting prospect moving towards having a Custom Made Wig or Hairpiece, which is why it is a gentle step by step process, which starts with an initial telephone conversation for us to meet, and get an understanding of where you are and what you are looking for. Where a lot of information will be shared. After the initial conversation should you wish to move to the next stage, we will meet in person for a face to face consultation.

I suffer from Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia and for the last 2 years I have been taking cancer prevention medication which has the common side affect of hair loss/thinning. In order to carry on with my life I needed to have wigs made and I contacted Tracey Bridge, who I read about in an article in the local paper. It was the best thing I could have done.
Tracey has made 3 wigs for me, the first in 2014 when the alopecia was beginning to make itself known and the other 2 earlier this year when the effects of the medication was really taking hold. I can only say she has given me back my confidence.

The hair was matched perfectly to my hair, so much so that where a little of my hair shows at the back, where the wig blends into my own hair, it blends so well that one can't tell where my hair ends and the wig begins.
I have had so many compliments for my 'New' hairstyle I feel a different person. The wig fits perfectly and I am at total ease wearing it, in fact even in windy weather I forget all about it. I did worry at the beginning that might move but that has never been an issue.
Tracey washes and styles the wigs for me every 4-6 weeks, I know I could do this myself but she does it so well that I always consider it better to let her deal with it, however, Tracey will teach anyone to do this if a client wishes to carry out the work themselves.
