Follow On Hair Sessions
Welcome to your Follow On Hair Sessions. These sessions continue on from your Hair Re-alignment Day.
These sessions are here to support the continuation of your initial Hair journey, deepening into the new shape and style that first began to emerge through your original day session.
These sessions support you in the continued emergence, healing and transformation initiated through your original day session, while also supporting you as the Soul transmission connected to the original shape completes, and you have integrated what that journey has been for you as a new shape begins to emerge, when that time comes.
These healing journeys support you throughout the different stages of your life, each one aligned with your life path, your growth, and the evolution and expression of your Soul at each particular stage and moment in time.
Your Follow On Sessions are here to support you into more of your Naturalness, Vibrancy, Vitality and True Beauty, as your journey continues to deepen.
They provide a continued alignment and opportunity to become more attuned in your relationship with your hair, how you look after it, the subtle communications of your hair, and deepening attunement with your creative journey. Becoming more empowered with your hair and within the creative process.
As well as giving you some nourishing, relaxing 'You' time, to connect in with your Self, take a breath, and take a moment to pause and quieten.
Your Follow-On Hair Sessions
Are space for you to Relax and Unwind.
These sessions are deeply Nourishing and Relaxing and provide a space for you to allow time for you.
A dedicated space to your Hair, your Inner Connection, Intimacy and Deepening Alignment with your Self, your Heart and Soul.
There are two different sessions available: A cutting session only, and a meditation and hair cutting session. You can choose what session you would like. Depending on what your needs are within your self, and your life, as to the depth of nourishment, relaxation and inner connection you would like to experience, that is ultimately in support of your well-being.
Your Hair Cutting Only Session
This is a Flowering Essence Cutting Session, rather than a traditional cutting session.
We align with Creativity through inner sacred union, allowing the fuller emergence of your hair within this session.
Throughout your cutting session, we are deeply attuned to bringing more of your Essence into greater visibility, embodiment and expression.
These sessions range from one to two hours, depending on your Hair Density, your Hair Shape, and the natural timing of your session. Something you will begin to understand more deeply as you continue with your follow-on sessions and discover your own rhythm, timing and flow.
All sessions end with an integrative Meditation.

Your Meditation and Hair Cutting Session
This is a 3-hour session devoted to your deepening well-being, inner connection and communion, relaxation, nourishment, care and restoration. These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to take meaningful time for yourself, stepping out of daily routines and schedules to immerse in a deeply nourishing and healing space, integrating surface level stress as you return more deeply to your Self.
These sessions include a one hour guided meditation, your flowering essence cutting session, and integrative meditation to conclude your session.
You are welcome to book this session whenever you come for your appointments, or whenever you feel moved to immerse in this space, and called to drop in deeper.
There will also be times when this session becomes needed, as in when your hair shape begins communicating that it is changing. We will then work in alignment with the new depth this shape is emerging from, in the timing of this session that works for you. You will know when this is happening, as it will be communing through you.
Also, if you have not been for a hair cutting session for 9 months since your last appointment. This is necessary as the time lapse is too much to reconnect from where we have been, and the changes that naturally occur during that time that impact you, your life and hair shape and ultimately, cutting session. We will need to reconnect and re-align.
