One To One Sessions
Your One to One Sessions are here to support you into greater Health, Vitality and Well-Being.
They are here to support you on your Soul Path into your greater Alignment, Inner Connection, Natural Vibrancy, Beauty and Authentic Expression, to bloom the Life of your Soul Inheritance. Where you can come to understand the 'Keys' more fully and intimately and apply them in your own life.
I Work with You:
To guide you through creative journeys that support deeper inner connection and communion. Learning to deeply trust yourself and the creative process, whilst flowering the inner beauty of your heart, and entering a soul transmission for healing, transformation and integrated inner wisdom. Your Hair Re-Alignment Healing and Transformation Day takes you on this journey, as well as your life creativity happening in this moment that you may need support with, along with specific creative journeys and meditation series that support your deepening creativity.
I also work with you to support your journey into deepening relaxation, to get intimate with your inner realms, and the different aspects of your Being, working with EFT, EmoTrance, Meditation and Inner Enquiry to gently see, meet and integrate the challenges you are facing. Supporting healing and awareness on the mental, emotional, spiritual and soul levels, and within the physical body. Working with somatic, body-based techniques to support deeper connection, communion and understanding with yourself. Supporting movement out of ‘stuckness’ into greater integration, flow and alignment with your Heart and Soul.
Through your one to one sessions you will also meet the survival mechanisms held within the body, mind and psyche that are keeping aspects of your life in place and seeming to prevent forward movement.
Through your one to one sessions we are guided by the natural intelligence that supports your ultimate health, vitality, wellbeing, healing and transformation one layer at a time, as guided within, also part of creativity and the natural movement of life.
These sessions are available for anyone new to my work, as well as for those who have completed the Hair Re-Alignment Healing and Transformation Day and continuing with the Follow On Sessions and feel called to explore more deeply, working with more specific aspects to support you in your life.
Coming into Health isn't about 'Fixing' anything. It is about unravelling what has layered over a healthy functioning system to enable the body, mind heart, spirit, soul to return to a healthy functioning natural state. Health is a 'State of Being'. A frequency like abundance or, prosperity. It is a natural quality that we all have access to. There is nothing wrong with our body or entire system, other than a chronically overloaded system that needs to unburden and liberate itself.

Your One to One Session Details
Prior to your first session you will be sent an Intake Form to complete and return back to me.
Your First session is guided by your intake and give us the starting point for your sessions.
First Session of 1.5 hours @ £120.00
Follow-On Session of 1 hour @ £65.00

We are born into an inheritance of our ancestral coding. The patterns and coding's that are still alive through generations living within our body's cells, that we have taken on through this body in this lifetime.
