Vanity

I can’t talk about Hair without talking about Vanity.

When it comes to our Hair and not just our hair, but our entire life we are going to come up against Vanity.

This isn’t bad or a bad thing, it’s just a frequency of existence that we are all in the experience of, like any frequency of existence like envy, anger, blame, doubt, shame… it is part of our human experience and the opportunity as consciousness to evolve, transform and come into deepening Love and Safety, and come into greater Creative and Soul capacity and  potential along with deepening Well-Being, and come to see and understand the Force behind our life experiences that are truly just trying to support us out of survival mechanisms into thriving existence.

Vanity is always going to come up when we are faced with an edge into the unknown.  When we are called to make a step into something new that we don’t know yet and don’t know what that is going to look like, and ultimately ‘How we are going to Look and Appear in the process’.

There can be a tendency not to move into the new because it can appear safer to stay with the familiar and how we see and know ourselves, and how we are seen and known by others.  It is safer to hold onto the Image we have of ourselves and the image we want to portray about ourself, than to step into a space where we become more visible in a way that we haven’t yet met, and be seen in a way that doesn’t line up with how we have constructed our self-image, and how we want to be seen.

This is where the Self Image dies.

If we are truly devoted on our soul path, or truly devoted to our Hearts, we are always going to be willing to be seen in ways that may not be, and sometimes most certainly won’t be, our best, while we are learning and growing.  This is where radical self-love, self-acceptance and self-appreciation, self-worth, self-value and all these beautiful qualities can really come into bloom.

Vanity occurs when we are unwilling to take the step because the self-image preservation is stronger than the power, or the love we hold within to take that step and be willing to allow our Self Image to be destroyed.

There are many factors that lie with this like any other frequency, there are threads to lots of life experiences that have meant to move out in this way is not safe on any level.  To the Self Image that is True as it’s what it has always known and taken on and ultimately protecting from.  To the Heart and the Being this becomes an opportunity to grow beyond limitation, false imaging and identity, and where the true beauty and heart of essence can bloom and deeply embody, and the realization of the heart of life, of the mystery of consciousness that is guiding us on our journey, reveals the deepest Love that is always at work, to free and liberate ourself from the chains of the Self Image Construction into our Natural True Self Expression.

When it comes to our Hair.  This is our primary appearance.  What we show of ourselves to the world. How we are seen and ultimately may be judged about.  To let go of our appearance and self-image with our Hair is a deeply confronting experience, because during that journey there will be an edge that will present itself.  It is through this edge that the deepest healing and transformation takes place and the true beauty of the Heart and Essence flowers and deeply embodies, bringing the lightness, brightness, vitality, vibrancy and radiance as it comes in, as stay True to the Hearts Knowing.  This is where the liberation happens, the joy overflows and what we see is what our Heart Deeply Loves.

It is still a vulnerable place because our deeper Heart has now revealed itself to us, we have become more visible to ourselves and ultimately more honest and authentic.  Then, we go and show this new appearance of our self to the world, and that can be tender and vulnerable as we have now exposed more of our self in our naturalness that has been very protected and kept hidden.

As we allow this process we come into so much more enjoyment because our heart has come increasingly alive.  It is impossible not to experience more Joy from this, alignment, resonance, recognition and fullness and wholeness, along with the inner wisdom and intelligence that blooms, that now takes shape in our consciousness, that now shifts our consciousness into a new place.

As life guides us in our creativity in our life and with our hair we are invited to come home to our naturalness, to our self, what we deeply love, what has meaning and value for us, and to come into our deepest blooming of the seeds of the soul and the flower we already are.

At the end of the day… we were never meant to fit into an Image.  We are an endless vast ocean of Being coming into endless forms, shapes, and appearances.  As the shapeshifting nature of life taking bloom on the surface of life as our life expression in every way and on every level of Being.

Vanity can stop the depths of the Hearts Beauty and Bounty from blooming, and the deepest healing from taking place.

Like any frequency, it is here to be met, as a doorway to greater Love and Possibility, inviting us deeper and deeper Home.
