"Tracey takes a haircut and makes it into an expression of your individuality. She allows your authentic self to uncover itself, revealing not just the way your hair wants to sit, but also who you were meant to be. Every time I come away with a new realisation. This time it was the fact that I always work on merging two views, two perspectives, and Tracey showed me this through an asymmetrical cut that looks short on one side and longer on the other, but that seamlessly flows from one to the other. I cannot recommend her enough. I am nomadic but specifically make sure I head towards Stroud every once in a while just so I can get my haircut in."

'The hair realignment day was so carefully and thoroughly prepared by Tracey in all ways. She listened deeply and with compassion and I felt heard and seen. The lunch and snacks were delicious too! It was a deeply nourishing and revealing day. The reading was spot on and Tracey paused when needed throughout the day to sense into what was moving. I know much more about how to take care of my hair in simple, natural ways and much more connected to my Essence and how that is expressing through my hair. I am looking forward to my next session and how my hair will shape and change over the next months.
I really experienced my hair as alive and part of me - I am taking more care of my hair and noticing how it is communicating with me with more understanding. My hair feels really different - well actually my whole head does and through my body. I still feel like there is more to emerge up ahead. This was a deeply nourishing experience.
