This Day is given to Align your Hair back to your Heart, and the Deeper Level of your Heart wanting to come into expression as your New Surface Appearance. That is not only a New Deeper Level of your Heart ready to come through your Hair, but also through your Life. To bring the Transformation your Heart is really looking and longing for.

My experience of the retreat was beautiful, transformational and healing. Following the retreat I felt more integrated, more whole, expansive and excited about how I show up in the world. I felt more connected to my hair which I abandoned as a child. I haven’t had a haircut for years until now. I’d just cut the ends myself. I know how strange it sounds but thanks to Tracey I developed a healthy relationship with my hair based on care. Until the retreat, I haven’t had the experience of a haircut without feeling the loss and grief. The journey that Tracey took me was centered around my needs. The boundaries were respected with every change to the hair which I never experienced before. I was open to what was coming through for the Hair, & also fully present to making conscious decisions around it.
Before I arrived for the retreat I had no idea how anyone can spend so much time fussing about hair, but I felt I needed this experience. Once I stepped into Tracey’s beautiful space I understood it was much deeper experience. The meditation enabled me to connect to myself deeply and rest. The lunch and refreshments provided were delicious and enhanced this beautiful experience.
The session provided a much needed shift and release of my self-judgement around hair and looking after myself.
Following the session I felt playful, expansive and extremely happy with my hair.
When I woke up in the morning and saw my reflection in the mirror I was very happy with what it looked like and I still am!
I found Tracey to be very attentive to my needs; very in-tune to my body, emotions and the deep process that she was facilitating, very knowledgeable about hair but also trauma.

This Day is a Deeply Relaxing, Nourishing & Creative Healing & Transformation Day, where you can come & take a Breath out of time from your regular daily life & sink in to your self & the Space for your deep focused Well-Being.
Venue: My Home in Stroud
